Animus Launch - Storm Queen's Fury - The Mind Eye's View

I'm buzzing with excitement as my new TTRPG, "Animus," launches soon and I've got big plans!

I'd recommend nose plugs, but then you'd have to worry about your mouth.

Animus & Loot Goblins

Animus is releasing in a few days and I am very hyped. This will be the 2nd TTRPG I have created from scratch and that excites me. The game releases on DriveThruRPG on May 5th, and with it I know I will be in a blitz of marketing efforts. Really hope the push gives Animus more sales than Loot Goblins had.

To date Loot Goblins has sold 25 copies which I am very happy with. Especially considering I did next to no advertising when it came out. Loot Goblins is very close to my heart so I will return to it to give it the love it deserves. I feel like a parent having a second child and realizing how badly I nurtured the first one. But right now Animus needs to be taken care of so that is my focus. The proofs for the supplementary deck and the PoD book are in production right now. Hopefully I will have both before the end of May because that means I can shoot of a mid-June release. That is contingent on nothing needing to be fixed so fingers crossed.

Storm Queen’s Fury Campaign

A couple years ago I put together a island based survival campaign focused on the eb and flow of violent storms. The entire thing was an experiment in hex exploration and survival mechanics in D&D 5e and after running two groups through it I was very happy by the result. The campaign was meant to be put into a module but at the time I was getting involved with a budding relationship that I am very thankful took precedence.

The idea never left my head though and I kept all the notes, maps, and tables in storage. Recently I've felt the itch to get another game going with some local friends so I'm deciding to pitch it to them. It needs some work as I never applied the notes I left for myself after the previous two campaigns so it needs a little work before it's ready though.

While still wanting to put it into a module eventually, I realized much of what made the campaigns fun was the on the fly work I put into it. So after I've finished with the adjustments I think I'll put it out onto StartPlaying.Games and see if anyone is interested enough to join into a paid campaign.
